At Pretty Lavish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached, then securely seal them in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your return label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
